This is a rain forest in Borneo, Malasia.
The elephants in Borneo are in danger.
These are oil parm trees in Borneo.
People get parm oil from these trees.
We use palm oil to make French fries, potato chips, chocolate, and so on.
People cut down the rain forests and plant oil parm trees.
But the elephants eat the young trees.
So people kill the elephants.
What can we do for the elephants in Borneo?
This is the elephant rescue center in Borneo.
This is the ONGAESHI Project.
A Japanese NGO and Asahiyama Zoo support this project.
People can buy drinks from this vending machine in Japan
The money helps the elephants in Borneo..
