Ex) from the textbook

B: Which ( sport ) do you like (better), tennis or soccer?
A: I like tennis (better).

Whose  誰の( 誰のもの )

参照( reference ) 二つの Whose の使い方

① 誰の( 所有格 )
This is my grandfather’s book.   →   Is this your grand father’s book?   →　Whose book is this ?        It’s my grandfather’s.

② 誰のもの( 所有 )
This book is my grandfather’s.   →   Is this book your grandfather‘s?    →   Whose is this book?　      It’s my grandfather’s.
