Let’s Talk 1

A hotel guest is talking to the front desk clerk.
Guest: Excuse me.
Clerk: Yes? Can I help you?
Guest: I have a problem with my room.
Clerk: What’s the problem?
Guest: I asked for an ocean view room. But there is only a little window in my room. I can see only the buildings.  Could you change my room, please?
Clerk: Let me see… Sorry, but we don’t have any other rooms available
now. we can change your room tomorrow.
Guest: Sure. ( I would appreciate it.)

Guest: Excuse me.
Clerk: Yes? Can I help you?
Guest: I have a problem with my room.
Clerk: What’s the problem?
Guest: The air conditioner doesn’t work. Can you check it, please?
Clerk: Certainly. We regret the inconvenience. We’ll check it right away.
I apologize for the trouble.
Guest: Thank you.

Guest: Excuse me.
Clerk: Yes? Can I help you?
Guest: I have a problem with my room.
Clerk: What’s the problem?
Guest: the people next door are too noisy. Could you take care of it,please?
Clerk: Sorry for it, we’ll take care of it right away. Would you wait just a moment?
Guest: OK. Thanks.

Guest: Excuse me.
Clerk: Yes? Can I help you?
Guest: I have a problem with my room.
Clerk: What’s the problem?
Guest: There are no towels in the room.
Clerk: Sorry, we regret the inconvenience. I’ll have someone bring them.
