Let’s have a conversation in English.
No.1

A: How are you feeling today?

B: Not very good.

A: What’s wrong?  

B: I have a headache.   　　                      

　(*stomachache  toothache  ) 

A; Oh, poor thing.

What about going to the nurse’s office and take a rest.     

 (*take a medicine)
B: Thank you, Mr. Koyama. I’ll do that.

No.2

A: Are you OK?

B: I feel sick.

A: What’s wrong?  You look pale.

B: I have a stomachache.                              

    ( * I have a pain here.)

A; Oh, sorry for you.
     How about you go to the Dr. Yamada’s office?

B: Thank you, Ms. Brown. That would be good.

No. 3

A: Are you alright?

B: I feel terrible. 

A: What’s wrong?

B: I have a fever, a sore throat and runny nose.

A; Oh, that’s tough, isn’t it?
     You had better go home and ( take a ) rest.

B: Thank you, Mr. N. Can I call my mother?

A: Certainly.
